[Bug] Negative number of minutes lett

My Issue

Background:

I watched a podcast episode (including video) on the web player and the playback froze quite a bit.

So I tried doing the same by opening the desktop app and downloading a local copy.

It may have helped, but only a bit.

I closed and opened the desktop app a few times, and then I pressed the local file icon by mistake, so the local copy was gone.

I might have closed the app and opened it again.

I continued to play the episode and pressed the 15s back icon a few times.

The playback froze a bit, as it did before, and I noticed that...

The issue:

The episode had (according to the UI) a fairly large negative number of minutes left.
