Cannot play local songs on Ubuntu 18.04

My Question or Issue

 I cannot play local songs. Error message I get is This song is not available.
"Real" error I get is following (and happens with all local mp3 songs)

EDIT:
Songs have permission "-rwxrwxrwx" and are owned by my user account.
Spotify is installed via package manager. Not as snap package.

There are libraries required for local playback that may be missing, as per these similar posts:
