Connection issues Manjaro

Hey,

I'm using Spotify in all my devices, but I'm having a problem work,  my computer  is running Manjaro and the Spotify is not working it's offiline, but my phone is connected in the same network and it works normally. My co-worker uses windows and it works too, my other co-worker uses mint and it also works. There is no proxy configuration in anny other device.

I have no idea what to do, if there is anywhere I could look to try to find why is it happening.
