[Desktop][Discover] Spotify local device discovery with Spotify on Linux

I have problems with Spotify in my local network. The problematic function is Other devices discovery in my local network.

Spotify on Android does not reliably discover my Linux PC running Spotify client for Linux. They are both on the same WiFi.

I can see Spotify AVAHI request in tcpdump, but no response from my Linux PC.

I have temporarily disabled linux standard avahi-daemon and also my firewall on the Linux PC, but it did not resolve the issue.
