Error 117 using vpn

The problem arose because when trying to access from the application it marked an error 117, the firewall has been used to allow connections and there was the latest version of the software, previously the software was used with the VPN and I did not present the problem but later From the last update it threw this error, the VPN was disabled and the operation was normal, I raise the issue only for informational purposes.

Keep in mind it's usually not recommended to play Spotify when using a VPN as this might interfere with the app's full operation capacity, causing you not to be able to log in.
