Error code 4 after changing wireless networks

Error code 4 after changing wireless networks

Hello all, I'm using the desktop app on Fedora 23 with a premium account; my version is "Spotify version 1.0.23.93.gd6cfae15, Copyright (c) 2016, Spotify Ltd".  The app is great, it works smoothly when I launch it, but when I switch wireless networks (i.e. suspend my laptop and move from my home network to university wifi or vice versa) I get a persistant error that reads:

No internet connection detected. Spotify will automatically try to reconnect when it detects an internet connection (error code: 4)

After this happens, I can't reconnect without restarting the app (although, restarting the app fixes it right away).  I tried clearing the cache/reinstalling, but no dice.  Any advice?  I have a spotify-dump I'd be happy to post, but not spanning the error I described above (I can grab one tomorrow if it'd help).

Edit: I captured a spotify-dump spanning an outage (see attached).  I'd worry about all the errors about creating sockets, but they exist before I left my home network (timestamps around 19:31).
