I want a feedback form

I find it highly objectionable that in order to give feedback on Spotify, report a bug or request a feature I am forced on to a public forum. This means I have to either search for similar issues or risk posting a duplicate. Yes I realize that otherwise this become a burden for Spotify. However if I find an existing thread it just convinces me that regardles of what I want it will be ignored by Spotify. Either they were going to do it anyway or they aren't going to but this forum does not inspire confidence. I'm often not interested in getting a response I just want to report an issue or give feedback. As far as I am concerned Spotify gives the impression of not really listening to customer feedback. I've been wiht Spotify for quite a long time, but more and more I'm considering alternatives. Btw, that last argument is the only one I've ever seen that moved Spotify to action and then only when it represented a large fraction of their users.
