Issues with notifications not formatted correctly when using spotify connect

The Problem :

When using spotify on my dekstop to control songs playing on my phone (spotify connect) I have issues with notifications (on my computer).

It only occurs when music is playing on my phone or on another device using Spotify connect not when i'm playing music directly from my computer.

When track is changing you usually receive a notification on your computer with track info (Song title, Artist and album cover image).

When music is  playing on my phone the track notification on my computer is not formatted correctly and does not correspond to the song actually playing (see screenshot).

when starting Spotify from command line I've got messages from libnotify (see screenshot)

"notify_notification_update: assertion 'summary != NULL && *summary != '\0'' failed"

What I've tried :

Reinstalling Spotify from different sources (snap, deb package from official repo)

Deleting all files related to Spotify before reinstalling 

Reinstalling libnotify

Reinstalling Spotify on my phone

Installing Spotify on a fresh ArchLinux install (same problem)

How to reproduce it :

1. Install Spotify from official sources

2. Play music on phone app (on the same account)

3. Changing tracks on phone to get notification on desktop

Issue was reproduced on two system

My main system :

OS: Elementary OS 5.1.4 Hera

Kernel : 4.15.0-101-generic

Spotify version : 1.1.10.546.ge08ef575

notify-send version : 0.7.9

A freshly installed ArchLinux VM:

OS: ArchLinux

Desktop Environment : KDE Plasma

Kernel : 5.6.8-arch1-1

Spotify version :  1.1.26.501.gbe11e53b

notify-send version : 0.7.9

I'm also having this issue on Ubuntu 20.04! Very annoying as I would like proper notifications while still playing music on my phone, hope this gets fixed soon.
