[Linux] Genres & Moods crashing on Ubuntu 14.04

[Linux] Genres & Moods crashing on Ubuntu 14.04

Hi,

I couldn't find any similar issue in the forum, so I'm just reporting a bug I've come accross. Anyone else having the same problem?

- I go to the Browse view, Genres & moods.

- I click on any genre (for instance, Focus). Then the view doesn't change, the mouse icon is still the hand for anchors and the whole Ubuntu GUI gets crazy: I can't get the mouse out of the current viewport, the Dock is not selectable, can't click on anything... keyboard still responds fine though.

My settings:

- Ubuntu 14.04 LTS.

- Spotify version 0.9.11.27.g2b1a638c

My workaround is using the webplayer, finding the list and searching it in the desktop app 😛

Thanks!

@alecdotico - Your best bet to get this fixed is to capture the client logs by starting Spotify from a terminal (just enter "spotify") then sticking it up on pastebin and posting a description of the issue with a pastebin link on the main linux topic:
