Local files ubuntu 15.04

Hi, i recently upgraded my ubuntu 14.04 to 15.04. I used to listen to my local files at 14.04 fine, but since i upgraded i can't listen anymore. I press the play button and doesn't play. Could anyone help me? Thanks.

Hi @Thor99,

Most of the time this issue is caused by ffmpeg ( ffmpeg is deprecated in Ubuntu). Run  the following checks and let me know the outcome : 

spotify --version
ffmpeg --version

FIx : You can get latest non-stable version from here ( ffmpeg is bult in the package ).
