Spotify Beta on Linux Mint doesn't show media details and control

In the old version of Spotify, I used to have my current music information on this menu above the screen, but now, since I've update to version 1.0.19.106.gb8a7150f, it isn't workin anymore, I also can't control the player over there, which I always did before, just like that:

My system: Linux Mint 17.3 (Cinnamon)

At the moment there aren't any news when this will be fixed/reimplemented. 😞
