Spotify Web Player on Linux not working

For the past day, I have been getting a 403 forbidden error when i go to open.spotify.com.  I also have the desktop app installed but all the songs are grayed out there.  It tells me I'm in offline mode.  I reset my modem to get a new IP but I'm still getting the 403 error.  I have a premium account.
