Spotify not using Pulse Audio?

My Question or Issue

Spotify does not seem to be using Pulse Audio on my Laptop and not showing up in  pavucontrol or anything as it seems to be using alsa or something

The reason this is a problem is that I would like to use pulse-effects with Spotify which worked for a while then broke
