My Question or Issue

Spotify in the app is no longer working with a vpn. The web app works fine, but when i have my vpn connected, the desktop app says no internet connection found. I'm connecting from a country with spotify, and connecting to a vpn in a country with spotify. (I'm in Australia, connecting to the US). Any ideas?

Spotify doesn’t provide support for use of VPN, so if you’re experiencing any issues — you could try some basic troubleshooting steps such as restart your device and reinstalling the app — but Spotify can’t guarantee the app will function properly under the use of a VPN.
