as of approximately today (Dec27), the instructions for command-line install of the non-snap spotify at the "Spotify for Linux" page (in Canadian English) are incorrect (I suspect the other English pages are also incorrect but , not my job).

You'd think changing one line on one webpage on one website would be a lot quicker than 6 months (and counting). I'm glad the stack exchange is there but it shouldn't be needed too.
