"start radio" missing from Desktop client

My Question or Issue

"Start playlist radio" or its equivalent is missing from the Desktop client.  It is, however, still present for me in the Android & Web players.  Is there anything I can do to restore this functionality?  Are others seeing this issue as well?

I can still sorta emulate the functionality by setting my desktop to be the listening system but actually using the interface on my phone.  This is a little frustrating, though.
