2017 wrapped not loading

2017 wrapped not loading

Hey,

 

My 2017 wrapped doesn't work properly. I get the personalized playlists,  When clicking "look back at 2017" from the desktop app (windows) and a browser opens, it stalls in the loading process. Never comes up with the results.

After the browser opens, and I click "connect with spotify" and grants spotify access, it stalls - see attachment.

Notes:

* tried across multiple browsers and devices

* I have a "premium for family" membership

 

HELP! Any thoughts?
