Album art not changing

For about 3 weeks i've been trying to change some of the album art for my playlists and they simply won't change. While I have the desktop app open they'll change, but when i close it and re-open it, they are changed back to the ones they previously were. Before I close the app I make sure the little green bar fills up and then click "save". My images are also the correct size.

Does this happen on every playlist or just one in particular? Could you also send me the URL to the playlist so I can check my side?

Could you also try to log out and in again?

I was trying to change the album art for 3 playlists, I ended up just creating a new playlist and that allowed me to change the album art. Could you try on another device if possible? If not, I recommend trying a reinstall of Spotify.
