Can't access Spotify Website at all on my computer

Hey guys,

I suscribed to Spotify premium and all, and I can't go to spotify.com at all my on my browsers. It just says 'webpage unavailable'.

Please help 😞

Is this just on different devices on a single WiFi network or a single device on multiple WiFi networks?

Hey Anthony! Thank you so much for the quick reply.

It works fine on my phone when I go to Safari, but not my laptop. So I guess it is just my laptop that can't access it.

I'm located in Singapore.

Do you have an Antivirus or a firewall installed? Disable them both completely then give it another try.

I have a similar problem on my mac.

Turned off the firewall on my router but still the same problem.

Dont have anti virus software.

My iphone can access the website using my LAN
