Collaborating not working

My cousin and I are trying to create a playlist together however I can't add to it. She created the playlist and made it collaborative and I followed and I'm able to see it as an option for adding songs to but most of my song choices arent going through. The first two I tried went through but none of the ones after that. Also when I tried to make a collaborative playlist I didn't have the option. I'm a premium member so that shouldn't be the issue. However I have a windows laptop and she has a mac, could that be the issue?

I have the same problem - my friend set up the playlist and I can't add to it. We are both in the UK. I've logged out and back in again but that's not helped. I'm following the playlist, and my friend has shared it with me and I've opened it via the link he sent me. I can see the playlist but can't add to it - when I click 'add to playlist' on a song, the collaborative playlist doesn't appear in the list. I am using the Spotify iPhone app. Please help!
