My Question or Issue

 Spotify web deskop app does not load properly as shown in the screenshot attached. It simply loads a black screen. I have tried reinstalling and the "Hardware acceleration" option. Any other suggestions for how to fix it would be appreciated.

Hey, thanks for reaching out.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstallation of the app. Just follow the steps here. Please try to create another user account and install Spotify there. Let me know how it goes 🙂

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
