Device name (English name) display error in Chinese

Device name (English name) display error in Chinese

Device

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014)

Operating System

macOS Catalina 10.15.7

My Question or Issue:

The device name does not display correctly in Chinese, please check the screenshot.

The device name is "Bowen's Echo".

In English, it displays correctly like: You're listening on Bowen's Echo

However, when I switch the language to Chinese, it displays like: 你正在使用 <device name> 收听 Bowen's Echo, which means: You're listening <device name> on Bowen's Echo.

Hey there @N00d1e5,

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

Sometimes having different languages in the same sentence or commands can lead to these kind of behaviors, specially if they use different characters, as the grammar is different and there might be a conflict on how it's displayed.

We appreciate your feedback on the matter and we'll make sure to pass it on to the right folks.

If you have any questions or need anything else, we'll be right here.

Have a good one!
