Drag and drop

Since the "upgrade" when I want to drag a song into one of my playlists it often won't do it. I have to close Spotify then open it again for it to do it, but then it only works again for a couple of minutes and then the problem starts again. Before the update if you drag all tracks from one playlist to another, the tracks order stays the same but now it doesn't
