Error Code 30 - Spotify not working on Mac

I am unable to log into Spotify or use it on my desktop due to Error Code 30. This is what it says when I try to log in.
When I try to play the web player, this is what I get:
First I noticed the friend feed wasn't updating, and then I wasn't able to play any songs. However, I am still able to use it from my phone.
Here are all of the troubleshooting steps I've already tried:
Completed a clean uninstall and reinstall of the app
Restarted computer
Updated computer
Updated Spotify
Checked text in host files, following other posts' directions
Checked firewall settings on Mac (it's not on)
I feel stuck and would really appreciate some help. Thank you!
