Explicit contents not playing on player (im verified and 25 y/o)

My Question or Issue

On my iPhone the explicit contents are playing as its intended, but on my macbook app I can't play those. Weird thing is if i try to play from my phone, it works (= it plays the explicit songs on my Mac). Im 25y/o and already verified btw. (and can verify again if needed 😕 )

I have a individual premium account on Spotify.

Currently, I have some problems on playing the explicit-rated music. 

The explicit music plays on my phone(iPhone 14 pro) well, but it doesn't on my laptop.

My explicit content playback allow is on in the setting, so I have no idea what's going on.

Thanks for the post.

Sorry to hear that this is happening. 

It's a good idea to go through the verification once more, as this needs to be done every 12 Months, as per the country's regulations. 

If you still can't play explicit content on your laptop, let us know if you're getting any prompt or error message when trying to explicit songs. If you don't get any sort of error message or pop-up, it's a good idea to log out and back in, in order to refresh the session.
