Finding Start topic!

Now, i spent about an hour trying to find where i can start a new topic! as i didnt think the topic was computer related i didnt look for start topic under mac, but went to on going issues, search and looking through other topic forums. I think there should be a button or link at the bottom on the page for Start New Topic.
