My Question or Issue

So I am following my friends via Spotify and they can see my activity but I can't see theirs. I already acivated the button, deleted and reinstalled Spotify again, had contact with the support team and tried the process from the following site:

Nothing worked. The operator and I noticed that since I have the new MacBook Pro, the commands and the view in general is different. This could be a factor in this problem. Don't really know what's going on or how to fix this problem.
