Getting notifications of subscribers but they are not showing on my playlist

Hi Spotify!

Every day i'm getting new subscribers to my weightlifting playlist in my notifications.

However, the subscriber count has seemed to plateau at around 5,000. The number doesn't go up after I get the notifications that someone has subscribed.

Are people unsubscribing at the same rate of new subscribers or is there a bug here?
