How can i synchronize the apps both on Smartphone and Computer (mac)?

If i heard through the day on mac and later on Smartphone the app does not Know what i already heard.

To start with, make sure that you're signed into the same account on both devices.

It would also be great if you can clarify what's not syncing?

The first time you set up syncing, you must connect your device to your Mac using a USB or USB-C cable. After you connect the device, the device icon appears in the Finder sidebar and selecting the icon displays syncing options. You then select which items to sync.
