I can't delete my spotify playlists

I want to start fresh with my playlist, and my first step was to delete all the playlists i didnt need. I went to delete a playlist and clicked the delete button on the macbook app but it didnt work. Anyone have some answers?

Could you try restarting your Mac? You're able to do this by going to  > Restart. 

If that doesn't help, could you try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps?
