Thanks for reaching out here in the Community.

 

Have you already tried performing a clean reinstall of the app? This is often an overlooked step, but it can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble. 

 

If this doesn't do the trick, could you let us know if the same thing happens when you try to play music using a different device or the Web player? 

 

Lastly, make sure to send over the make, model, OS version and the Spotify version currently running on your device.
