Login ISSUES

[TracyVest]

I signed up for free trail and got receipt in my email and worked on my phone but when I get on my computer it's like a different account, different playlist and my other account with all the music show up as a friend but in trying to figure it out I got logged out on my phone, need to get in that account it has all my music and premium trial now.... 

NOTE: I got the receipt on my email and when I use that email to reset password it just resets it for the other account, I think I somehow got 2 accounts on one email? or one I am trying to access is through face book but using my face book login it says it doesn't exist?
