Specifically The Wizard of Oz soundtrack (original movie) which is my daughter's favorite.
All of a sudden today it is not available.
Is this correct? Could the label have pulled it from spotify?

I just checked it out and it looks like the record label has pulled it from Spotify
The reason is that the artist or their music label has likely decided to remove it from Spotify.
The availability of music on Spotify is up to the artist and their music label.
Spotify has no control over what content is available.
Sometimes the album or song will be unavailable temporary, and come back again later.

I used Spotify's metadata lookup tool.
It says which countries the album is currently available in.
When no countries are listed, that means the record label pulled it from Spotify.
