My Question or Issue
On my mac (spotify works fine on my phone/any other device) Spotify doesn’t let me modify playlists(says playlists are full) or play any music. Instead there’s a bar at the bottom with NaN:NaN instead of the song durations. The web version doesn’t work either(it tells me to refresh and doesn’t work), even when I try guest mode on chrome or a different login. I tried making this post on my mac and it wouldn’t allow me to post so I am doing this on my phone. I have already tried logging in/out, clean reinstall, and restarting the device. Please help with any solutions!

First we recommend that you double-check so that you have enough storage on your mac, and if you do - can you perform a clean reinstall of the app? This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.
We also suggest that you clear your cache and cookies.
Another useful step is to try with another internet connection to see if the issue persist.
