No Notifications

Hello guys,

I use Spotify (1.0.51.693.g6ea1e7f6) on Mac (macOS Sierra Version 10.12.3) and I use Spotify (8.10.623) on my iPhone (iOS 10.2.1) and I don't receive any notifications. I Look at my settings:

[2]-[4] my settings in the Spotify iPhone app

[5] my notifactions settings in my iPhone settings

A long time the notifications on my iPhone and notifications via email worked. My email address is still correct. Today I turned on the notifications of „recommended music“ and tada I received an email today [6]. But still no notifications of new releases of bands that I follow [7].

Can some one help me? Thanks. 🙂

It's great to have you in the Spotify Community 🙂

We're no longer sending email notifications for every new release. If you're opted into New Music notifications, you should receive one email a week that highlights new releases from the artists you follow alongside a link to your Release Radar playlist. This is the best place to see all new releases from the artists you follow.

Regarding the notifications on your iPhone, we're currently looking into an issue with push notifications not being sent. In the meantime, we'd recommend opting into all email notifications.
