Playlist Information Won't Save/Update

Playlist Information Won't Save/Update

Plan: Spotify Premium

Country: United States

 

Device: Macbook Pro 15" 2017

Operating System: macOS Mojave 10.14.5

Spotify Version: 1.1.12.449.g4109e645

 

Brief description of the issue: When I update my playlist cover/description, it will initially show as saved and updated. However, when I click on a different playlist and go back to the playlist I updated, it reverts to the original cover/description.

 

On Spotify Mobile, it shows the updated version; sometimes it won't.

 

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. First, I update my playlist cover and/or description on Spotify Desktop for playlist A.
  2. Then, I click on a different playlist, playlist B.
  3. Then, I click back to playlist A. The playlist cover/description did not save/update.

What steps you’ve tried already: I have uninstalled and reinstalled both Spotify Desktop and Spotify Mobile. I have tried logging in and out of both.
