Problème Pare feu mac os

Bonjour,
Hier je me voulais me connecter sur l'application mac os de Spotify. Mais un problème est survenu et cette page s'est affiché : Que dois je faire face à cette situation ?

It sounds like you have network restrictions that are preventing Spotify from working properly. 

If you're at your home, try changing your firewall settings to see if you're able to fix this. If you're at an office, ask the IT department if there are any restrictions on your network that could be causing this.
