Proxy setting error code "30" Mac user

I can't log in due to the proxy setting problem error code "30" I tried deleting the app removing all the files related to it through the hidden library and clear the cache but the problem isn't yet solved,, any help?

Does not work for me - Cannot access web player through chrome
but works on mobile app through Huawei P30

hello i have the same problem.. do you have any solution? already tried reinstalling.. deleting the cache typing on terminal.. i dont use vpn and my selected country is correct.. still show error 30 is there any other solution? it must be the spotifymac app because i can log in to other devices
