Scroll bar does not appear when hovering.

The scrollbar keeps dissapearing and cannot be interacted with. I'd expected it to reappear when you hover over the right side of the screen, but it only appears when you're scrolling with the wheel, and even then only for a fraction of a second, so you have to click on it very quickly to use it. I'm thinking this has to be a bug and I hope Spotify will fix it!
