Songs vanished from playlist and many can't be played

H Many songs from my playlists have vanished and many songs that I find can't be played (even popular ones like Ed Sheeran - Perfect). When I log in from a different computer there aren't any problems... my songs are still in my playlists. What seems to be the problem?

It sounds like you might be logging into two different accounts. It's very easy to create an additional account with us when trying to log in.

Try logging out from all devices. Then, log in using the same username. Be sure to use the username you can see stated in the email receipt you receive when first subscribing.
