Spotify does not recognize iPad

I have connected my iPad (or iPhone, same behaviour) with my mac. I can see the devices in iTunes, but not in Spotify. I just don't see them in the "devices" tab of spotify.

I've switched of the firewall.

It was working fine until yesterday, but now - nothing works.

I've already re-installed the App on the iPad and Spotify on my Computer.

Any suggestions?

Your iPhone and iPad need to be connected to the same WiFi network as your Mac in order for them to show in the devices tab.

I'm having a same issue. They are on the same wi-fi network, Spotify is open on desktop and tablet, but the ipad doesn't appear under devices. It worked fine until a few months ago.
