My Question or Issue

Good afternoon,

When I have been playing music after a few hours, a strange noise will begin and startle me. It only happens with Spotify, and is very loud (some sort of static) for a few seconds before returning to the song. Every time I restart Spotify the issue is fixed. I've tried reinstalling the program to no avail. This only happens using the Built-In Speakers on the Mac.
