Why is there a queue i didn't create which i can't clear?

Spotify has created a never ending queue of songs which I can't clear.

This means i can't play playlists or my liked songs as it always jumps to the next song queued.

These aren't songs i have liked, they're random songs which are similar to ones I have liked.

I've tried uninstalling the app on my mac & this is not a problem on my phone.
