app doesn't recognize my password on macbook air IOSx

hi , I cannot log in to my account on my macbook air , it says that im logged in on the website but it doesnt let me to log in 

in the app , it keep saying that either the username or password is incorrect which is not true, & I changed my password several times!

also re-install Spotify a few times, nothing works!!  ( restart the mac a few times too!!!) I also cannot login with my FB account , it says "Spotify desktop client communication failed." 

please help , Its driving me crazy !!!
