changing playlist

hello,

when I'm listening to Spotify on my laptop (mac) and I press the skip song button it changes the song but it also changes from the playlist I was listening to. It doesn't change it to another playlist it's just a stream of random songs. I've tried pressing play on multiple different playlists, but the same thing happens. I have Spotify premium so it's not like I have limited skips.

Thanks for reaching out on the Community.

It's possible that you have queued up some songs in a previous listening session and now they are being played instead of the playlist you have selected. You can take a look here to see how to reach your queue and clear it.

If that doesn't seem to be causing the issue, can you let us know if you've already tried to log out > restart your device > log back in? It's also a good idea to try clearing your cache to remove any old files that might be causing issues. 

If that doesn't do it for you, could you let us your Spotify version and if you experience this on other devices?
