Make a floating Spotify bubble

Make a floating bubble that you can maximize and minimize where u can skip songs and all that by just clicking the Spotify bubble. Without having to scroll ur screen down or open up the whole Spotify app.

You can already find this feature in the desktop app, it's called Miniplayer. For more info, you can check this article. 

On your mobile, you can use the notification bar for this purpose, you just need to swipe down from the top of your screen to see it:
