My Question or Issue

Can I play my local files from PC using my phone and or smart watch while I'm not on same Wifi and without storing them locally to either device?

I want to be able to upload music to either a cloud or simply use my PC as a media server and play my music using either my phone and or smart watch. Is this possible?

I can already play music locally using just about any app, including the stock music app if I simply save my music locally to the device I wish to play it on.

This isn't an issue for my phone really but my smart watch has limited storage and simply can't hold all the music.
