My Question or Issue

 Several months ago I started using the JAM service. Every time I try to play music from my phone with someone else who owns the JAM account, I get an error. It varies: The song gets stuck in a loop without advancing to another song (the song the JAM started with), then I try to change the song myself and it doesn´t work, and sometimes it kicks me out of the JAM for no reason, even when my phone is locked or on my computer it closes, putting my playlists back in. Does anyone know who can help with this? I fell like i´m being very specific, thanks!
