Song plays for 2 seconds then skips

My Question or Issue

Whenever I play a song it will play for only 2 seconds and then skips to the next song, it'll play that one as well for 2 secs before skipping again and again and again. Everything plays perfectly on my phone and TV but it hates my laptop and I'm unsure of how to fix it.

This type of issue is commonly related to some damaged cache stored on your device. First, if you're using the Android app on your Chromebook, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article. This is often an overlooked step, but it's more thorough than a quick one and can be helpful in getting rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.

In case you use the Web Player, it's also worth clearing the cache of your browser, restarting your Chromebook and trying again.
