My Question or Issue

Since yesterday, if I try to use the search bar, Spotify will instantly crash, I already tried to delete and install it again at least 3 times and the problem still persists.

Is there any solution to this?

Is there any light in the end of the tunnel for this issue? Is going already for longer than it should be, I dont get it how can such a basic feature get **bleep** so badly, and talking to an actual support is extremely difficult.

Looks like its time to migrate from Spotify to other service since they dont seem to care

Right click the Spotify icon and set it to run as administrator through properties. Then run Spotify in compatibility mode. (my suggestion windows 7) I fixed it this way.

There's a solution
-Settings
-turn off show songs from downloads
-turn off show songs from music library
-reopen app

Maybe i'm a bit later.
I created a new folder with the local archives i want in my app, linked the folder and deactivate the other folders, it worked for me.
